The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is issuing a proposed rule to revise the component designations of one agency for purposes of the one-year post-employment conflict of interest restriction for senior employees, 18 U.S.C. 207(c). Specifically, based on the recommendation of the Department of Health and Human Services, OGE is proposing to designate one new component in appendix B to 5 CFR part 2641.
